By accessing or using this Website, placing an order, or purchasing products from one of our retail locations, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).Please read these Terms carefully before using our Website or services. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use this Website.
1. About Grassroots Co.
Grassroots Co. operates authorized cannabis retail stores in Ontario through 1999295 Ontario Inc. Our cannabis retail locations operate under Retail Store Authorizations issued by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (“AGCO”).

Cannabis sold by Grassroots Co. is obtained through authorized channels in accordance with applicable Ontario and Canadian cannabis laws and regulations.
2. Age Requirement
You must be 19 years of age or older to purchase cannabis from Grassroots Co. or use our cannabis ordering services.
By accessing cannabis products through this Website or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 19 years of age.
Valid government-issued photo identification may be requested or required before a cannabis transaction can be completed, including during in-store purchases, order pickup or delivery.
Grassroots Co. reserves the right to refuse the sale, pickup or delivery of cannabis where legal age or identity cannot be satisfactorily verified.
3. Use of This Website
This Website is provided to allow customers to learn about Grassroots Co., locate our stores, browse products, view inventory and pricing, and access online ordering, pickup or delivery services where available.
You agree to use this Website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

4. Products, Availability & Pricing
Cannabis products offered by Grassroots Co. are legal, regulated cannabis products obtained through authorized channels in accordance with Ontario law.
Product availability, selection and pricing may vary between Grassroots Co. locations and may change without notice.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, quantities, cannabinoid information, pricing and other information displayed on the Website are accurate. However, packaging, product information and specifications supplied by producers may change.
Website images are provided for reference and may not always reflect current packaging.
In the event of an obvious pricing, inventory or product information error, Grassroots Co. reserves the right to correct the error and, where permitted by law, cancel or refuse an affected order.
All prices are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes and other charges, if any, will be displayed during the ordering process.
5. Online Orders
Online orders must be associated with a specific Grassroots Co. retail location and are subject to availability at that location.
Placing an order through the Website does not necessarily guarantee acceptance or fulfillment of the order.
Orders may be subject to:
- Product availability;
- Successful payment authorization;
- Age and identity verification;
- Applicable cannabis purchase and possession limits; and
- Compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Customers are responsible for reviewing their order, selected store, contact information and other order details for accuracy before completing checkout.
If a product becomes unavailable after an order is submitted, Grassroots Co. may contact the customer regarding available options or provide an appropriate refund for the unavailable product.
6. Payment
Where online payment is available, payment must be successfully authorized before an order requiring prepayment is considered complete.
Payments may be processed using third-party payment processing providers. Grassroots Co. does not necessarily receive or retain complete payment card information processed directly by those providers.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel transactions that cannot be successfully processed, verified or lawfully completed.
7. Pickup
Where online ordering for pickup is available, customers must comply with the pickup instructions provided during the ordering process.
Valid government-issued photo identification may be required before cannabis is released to a customer.
Cannabis will not be provided to anyone who does not meet Ontario's minimum legal age requirements or other applicable legal requirements.
Orders that are not collected within the applicable pickup period may be cancelled or otherwise handled in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.
8. Delivery
Where cannabis delivery is offered, deliveries will be completed in accordance with applicable Ontario cannabis retail laws and AGCO requirements.
Cannabis may only be delivered by persons legally permitted to make the delivery and may only be delivered to locations permitted under Ontario law.
The person receiving a cannabis delivery must satisfy applicable age, identity and delivery requirements.
Valid government-issued photo identification may be required before cannabis is provided to the recipient.
Cannabis will not be left unattended or provided where the legal requirements for completing the delivery have not been satisfied.
Delivery availability, geographic service areas, minimum order requirements and applicable delivery charges may vary by location.
9. Cannabis Purchase Limits
Cannabis purchases are subject to the limits established under applicable Canadian and Ontario law.
Grassroots Co. will not knowingly complete a cannabis transaction that exceeds an applicable legal purchase or possession limit.
Equivalent quantities for different classes of cannabis products will be calculated in accordance with applicable law.
10. Returns, Refunds & Order Issues
Cannabis products are subject to restrictions regarding returns and resale.
Returns, refunds, cancellations, defective products, incorrect orders and other order-related issues are governed by our separate Refund & Return Policy.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or restrict rights or remedies that a consumer may have under applicable Ontario or Canadian law.
Customers who experience an issue with an order or product should contact the Grassroots Co. location from which the product was purchased as soon as reasonably possible.
11. Cannabis Product Information
Information provided on this Website concerning cannabis products is provided for general informational purposes.
Cannabis affects individuals differently. Product descriptions, cannabinoid information, strain information and other product details should not be interpreted as guarantees regarding individual effects or experiences.
Grassroots Co. does not provide medical advice through this Website.
Information appearing on this Website is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition.

12. Responsible Cannabis Use
